伴随着新一轮现代化、全球化进程，自20世纪80年代以来，中国的文化产业实现了飞速发展。如同全球化本身是一把双刃剑，文化产业本身的发展不但使人们有更多机会享受和使用进口产品，更重要的是，文化产业附加值引发的负面效应亦不可小觑。特别对思想意识形态还不健全的大学生而言，更是产生了诸多问题。文章基于十八大报告关于社会主义核心价值观的“24字”提法和文化的“四大功能”，分别从社会主义核心价值观之引领风尚、教育人民、服务社会、推动发展这四个方面展开论述以求文化产业发展与当代大学生主流意识形态建设相得益彰。

The cultural industry in China has developed in a high speed since the 1980s along with a new round of moderniza-tion and globalization .Globalization is a double-edged sword , as is the case with cultural industry .The development of cultural in-dustry provides people with more access to imported products , but its value added induces considerable negative effects , especially for college students whose ideological development has not yet fulfilled .Based on the core values of Chinese society and four func-tions of culture mentioned in report delivered at the 18th CPC Nation Congress , this paper elaborates how to promote the develop-ment of cultural industry and that of the contemporary college students ’ mainstream ideology simultaneously by analyzing the function of culture in setting the trend , educating the people , serving the society and promoting development .
