以囊式空气弹簧为研究对象,在深入分析囊体受力及材料特性的基础上,建立了空气弹簧载荷模型。采用几何图解的方法对该模型进行了仿真计算,并设计实验系统对空气弹簧的特性进行测试。实验和仿真结果有较高的吻合度,验证了模型正确性。研究表明,囊体材料特性对空气弹簧的载荷力尤其是拉伸状态下的输出力有较大影响;模型中通过引入囊体材料特性系数,能够更准确的描述空气弹簧载荷特性。该模型为空气弹簧载荷计算提供一种简单准确的方法。

Cystiform air spring was chosen as a study object,and its load model was established on the basis of force and material properties of an air bag.The simulation was performed based on the graphic method,and the device was designed to test an air spring's performance.Experimental results verified the correctness of the model.The study showed that the material properties of the air spring have a larger influence on the air spring output load,especially,under its stretched state;the model can be used to describe the air spring load characteristics more accurately by introducing the feature coefficient of bag material.The model provided a simple and accurate method for calculating air spring load characteristics.
