运用Φ75 mm 大直径 SHPB 及高温加热试验系统,对工程中常用的 C30、C50、C60和 C70四种强度等级的混凝土在不同温度条件下(常温、150℃、300℃、450℃、600℃)进行冲击压缩试验。试验结果表明:四种强度等级的混凝土均表现出明显的温度效应,随着温度的升高,混凝土动态破坏强度不断降低,动态破坏应变不断增大;当温度达到600℃时,动态破坏强度已和混凝土强度等级关系不大;同时,在高温下四种强度混凝土均出现塑性流动现象且随着温度的升高越来越明显,韧性越来越强。
運用Φ75 mm 大直徑 SHPB 及高溫加熱試驗繫統,對工程中常用的 C30、C50、C60和 C70四種彊度等級的混凝土在不同溫度條件下(常溫、150℃、300℃、450℃、600℃)進行遲擊壓縮試驗。試驗結果錶明:四種彊度等級的混凝土均錶現齣明顯的溫度效應,隨著溫度的升高,混凝土動態破壞彊度不斷降低,動態破壞應變不斷增大;噹溫度達到600℃時,動態破壞彊度已和混凝土彊度等級關繫不大;同時,在高溫下四種彊度混凝土均齣現塑性流動現象且隨著溫度的升高越來越明顯,韌性越來越彊。
운용Φ75 mm 대직경 SHPB 급고온가열시험계통,대공정중상용적 C30、C50、C60화 C70사충강도등급적혼응토재불동온도조건하(상온、150℃、300℃、450℃、600℃)진행충격압축시험。시험결과표명:사충강도등급적혼응토균표현출명현적온도효응,수착온도적승고,혼응토동태파배강도불단강저,동태파배응변불단증대;당온도체도600℃시,동태파배강도이화혼응토강도등급관계불대;동시,재고온하사충강도혼응토균출현소성류동현상차수착온도적승고월래월명현,인성월래월강。
Impact tests for commonly used kinds of concrete in engineering,such as,C30,C50,C60 and C70 were performed using a split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB)equipment with a large diameter of Φ75 mm and a high temperature heating test system under different temperature conditions (room temperature,150 ℃,300 ℃,450 ℃ and 600 ℃).The results showed that the four kinds of strength level of concrete reveal obvious temperature effect,with increase in temperature and decrease in concrete dynamic damage strength,their dynamic failure strains increase;when the temperature reaches 600 ℃,the relation between dynamic failure strength and the concrete strength level becomes weaker;at the same time,the four strength kinds of concrete under high temperature have the phenomenon of plastic flow and this phenomenon is more obvious and their ductility is more strong with increase in temperature.
