目的:了解胃癌组织中环氧酶-2(COX-2)和白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的表达,COX-2的表达与胃癌临床病理特征间的关系及两者的相关性。方法收集60例胃癌患者和20例健康对照者的组织标本。胃癌患者包括男44例,女16例,平均年龄(61.8±10.9)岁。根据TNM分期将胃癌分为TNMⅠ期(7例)、Ⅱ期(8例)、Ⅲ期(32例)和Ⅳ期(13例);按组织分化程度分为低分化组(34例)和中-高分化组(26例);按发病部位分为贲门癌(7例)和非贲门癌(53例);按有无淋巴结转移分为有转移(43例)和无转移(17例)。采用免疫组织化学染色测定胃癌组织中COX-2和IL-17的表达。结果胃癌组织中COX-2和IL-17的表达明显高于对照组,胃癌组织中COX-2的表达水平与胃癌的临床分期、有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及分化程度有关(P<0.01),与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。胃癌组织中COX-2的表达水平与IL-17的表达水平呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论 COX-2和IL-17在胃癌的发生和发展中起促进作用,COX-2和IL-17可能互为正向调节因素。

목적:료해위암조직중배양매-2(COX-2)화백세포개소-17(IL-17)적표체,COX-2적표체여위암림상병리특정간적관계급량자적상관성。방법수집60례위암환자화20례건강대조자적조직표본。위암환자포괄남44례,녀16례,평균년령(61.8±10.9)세。근거TNM분기장위암분위TNMⅠ기(7례)、Ⅱ기(8례)、Ⅲ기(32례)화Ⅳ기(13례);안조직분화정도분위저분화조(34례)화중-고분화조(26례);안발병부위분위분문암(7례)화비분문암(53례);안유무림파결전이분위유전이(43례)화무전이(17례)。채용면역조직화학염색측정위암조직중COX-2화IL-17적표체。결과위암조직중COX-2화IL-17적표체명현고우대조조,위암조직중COX-2적표체수평여위암적림상분기、유무림파결전이、종류대소급분화정도유관(P<0.01),여환자적년령、성별、종류부위무관(P>0.05)。위암조직중COX-2적표체수평여IL-17적표체수평정정상관(P<0.001)。결론 COX-2화IL-17재위암적발생화발전중기촉진작용,COX-2화IL-17가능호위정향조절인소。
ObjectiveTo explore the expression level of COX-2 and IL-17 in gastric cancer tissues, correlation between expression of COX-2 and clinical pathological characteristics of gastric cancer, and relationship between expression of COX-2 and IL-17.MethodsThe expression of COX-2 and IL-17 was determined by immunohistochemistry from 60 patients with gastric cancer and 20 healthy controls. Gastric cancer patients included 44 males and 16 females with average age (61.8±10.9) years old. Gastric cancer were divided into TNM stageⅠ(7 cases),Ⅱ(8 cases),Ⅲ(32 cases) andⅣ(13 cases) according to the TNM staging; low differentiation group (34 cases) and moderate- well differentiation group (26 cases) according to the degree of differentiation; cardiac carcinoma (7 cases) and non cardiac carcinoma (53 cases) according to the location of cancer; with the lymph node metastasis (43 cases) and without metastasis (17 cases) according to the lymph node metastasis.ResultsCompared with healthy controls, increased expression of COX-2 and IL-17 was showed in gastric cancer tissues. Intratumoral expression of COX-2 was significantly correlated with tumor stage, lymphnode metastasis, tumor size and degree of differentiation, but had no relation with age, gender and location. The expression of COX-2 had positive correlation with that of IL-17 in cancer tissues.ConclusionCOX-2 and IL-17 might play a promotion effect in the development and progression of gastric cancer. COX-2 and IL-17 might be mutually positive regulatory factors.
