目的:探讨应用环形外固定架治疗胫腓骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法将我院骨科在2012年6月~2013年6月收治的104例胫腓骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例,观察组采用环形外固定架治疗,对照组采用单臂外固定技术进行治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果经治疗,观察组治疗优良率为94.3%,对照组治疗优良率为80.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胫骨远端骨折患者,采用环形外固定架进行治疗,可有效降低软组织损伤、促进骨折复位闭合、减少感染风险,也可免除因取出内固定物所带来的痛苦,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

목적:탐토응용배형외고정가치료경비골원단골절적림상료효。방법장아원골과재2012년6월~2013년6월수치적104례경비골원단골절환자작위연구대상,수궤분위관찰조화대조조,매조각52례,관찰조채용배형외고정가치료,대조조채용단비외고정기술진행치료,관찰량조치료효과。결과경치료,관찰조치료우량솔위94.3%,대조조치료우량솔위80.3%,량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대경골원단골절환자,채용배형외고정가진행치료,가유효강저연조직손상、촉진골절복위폐합、감소감염풍험,야가면제인취출내고정물소대래적통고,시일충안전、유효적치료방법。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of circular external fixator for treatment of distal tibial and fibular fracture.Methods 104 patients with distal tibial and fibular fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from Jun 2012 to Jun 2013 were selected as research objects. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 52 cases, the observation group was given circular external fixator for the treatment, the control group was given single arm external fixation techniques for the treatment, observed the efficacy of the two groups.Results After the treatment, the total excellent and good effective rate of the observation group was 94.3%, the total excellent and good effective rate of the control group was 80.3%, compared the two groups (P<0.05),there had statistically significant.ConclusionApplication of circular external fixator for treatment of distal tibial and fibular fracture can effectively reduce soft tissue damage, promote closed reduction of fracture, reduce infection risks and avoid pain caused by removal of internal fixator, which is a safe and effective therapeutic method.
