针对云南省中小水电站数量庞大、数据结构复杂等问题,利用ArcGISServer、Asp. net平台和WebGIS技术,并采用信息采集层、数据资源层、数据访问层、业务逻辑层、服务应用层的5层架构模式对水电站管理信息系统进行设计。利用面向对象的程序设计理念封装水电站相关类,通过合理设置水电站信息管理、空间统计分析、取水许可审批管理等功能,提高了水资源管理部门的管理效率和科学决策水平。
針對雲南省中小水電站數量龐大、數據結構複雜等問題,利用ArcGISServer、Asp. net平檯和WebGIS技術,併採用信息採集層、數據資源層、數據訪問層、業務邏輯層、服務應用層的5層架構模式對水電站管理信息繫統進行設計。利用麵嚮對象的程序設計理唸封裝水電站相關類,通過閤理設置水電站信息管理、空間統計分析、取水許可審批管理等功能,提高瞭水資源管理部門的管理效率和科學決策水平。
침대운남성중소수전참수량방대、수거결구복잡등문제,이용ArcGISServer、Asp. net평태화WebGIS기술,병채용신식채집층、수거자원층、수거방문층、업무라집층、복무응용층적5층가구모식대수전참관리신식계통진행설계。이용면향대상적정서설계이념봉장수전참상관류,통과합리설치수전참신식관리、공간통계분석、취수허가심비관리등공능,제고료수자원관리부문적관리효솔화과학결책수평。
In the light of the huge number of small and medium hydropower stations in Yunnan Province and the complexity of data structures, we focus on the design of a hydropower station management information system by using technologies of ArcGIS Server, Asp variable network, WebGIS and so on, and the five-layer architecture model with the information collection layer, data resource layer, data access layer, business logic layer and application layer services is adopted in the information system. The main modules of system such as hydropower station information management, spatial statistical analysis, water management permit approval are properly set up, and at the same time the relative cluster of hydropower stations are encapsulated based on ob-ject-oriented programming concept. It is more productive to make scientific decision for water management department with the system.
