目的：探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片在基层医院治疗原发性高血压中的应用价值。方法将2012年8月～2013年9月期间我院收治的原发性高血压患者纳入研究，随机分为给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗的观察组和给予厄贝沙坦片治疗的对照组。观察治疗前后的血压水平、血压变异程度以及靶器官功能呢。结果（1）观察组患者的24h平均收缩压、24h平均舒张压、24h平均收缩压变异度、24h平均舒张压变异度均低于对照组；（2）观察组患者的血肌酐、血尿素氮、24h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组，内生肌酐清除率高于对照组；（3）观察组患者的E峰值、E/A比值、LVEF、LVEDD均高于对照组。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片能够更为有效的降低血压、控制血压昼夜变异度、改善肾功能和心功能，临床价值更为显著。
목적：탐토액패사탄경록새진편재기층의원치료원발성고혈압중적응용개치。방법장2012년8월～2013년9월기간아원수치적원발성고혈압환자납입연구，수궤분위급여액패사탄경록새진편치료적관찰조화급여액패사탄편치료적대조조。관찰치료전후적혈압수평、혈압변이정도이급파기관공능니。결과（1）관찰조환자적24h평균수축압、24h평균서장압、24h평균수축압변이도、24h평균서장압변이도균저우대조조；（2）관찰조환자적혈기항、혈뇨소담、24h뇨단백수평균저우대조조，내생기항청제솔고우대조조；（3）관찰조환자적E봉치、E/A비치、LVEF、LVEDD균고우대조조。결론액패사탄경록새진편능구경위유효적강저혈압、공제혈압주야변이도、개선신공능화심공능，림상개치경위현저。
ObjectiveTo discuss the value of Irbesartan tablets chlorine and hydrogen thiazide for essential hypertension in the basic hospital.Methods The patients with essential hypertension during August 2012 September 2013 in our hospital were included in the study,and were randomLy divided into treatment group treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets and the observation group treated with irbesartan tablets. Blood pressure levels, blood pressure variability and target organ function were observed before and after treatment.Results (1)24h average systolic blood pressure,24h average diastolic blood pressure, 24h average systolic blood pressure variability, 24h mean diastolic blood pressure variability of patients in the observation group were lower than in the control group;(2)Serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, 24h urine protein levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than the control group, endogenous creatinine clearance rate was higher than the control group; (3)E peak, E/A ratio, LVEF, LVEDD of observed group were higher than control group.Conclusion Hydrogen chloride thiazide irbesartan tablets can be more effective in lowering blood pressure, controlling blood pressure diurnal variability, improving renal function and heart function, with more significant clinical value.
