Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection%Brain protein hydrolysate%Parkinson disease
目的:探讨单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠联合脑蛋白水解物治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将86例帕金森病患者均分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者单用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液治疗,实验组患者采取单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠注射液联合注射用脑蛋白水解物治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后UPDRS总评分均显著下降,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者UPDRS总评分显著低于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠联合脑蛋白水解物能够显著改善帕金森病患者UPDRS评分,临床疗效显著。

목적:탐토단타액산사기당신경절감지납연합뇌단백수해물치료파금삼병적료효。방법안조수궤수자표법장86례파금삼병환자균분위실험조화대조조,대조조환자단용단타액산사기당신경절감지납주사액치료,실험조환자채취단타액산사기당신경절감지납주사액연합주사용뇌단백수해물치료,비교량조환자치료효과。결과량조환자치료후UPDRS총평분균현저하강,여치료전비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조환자UPDRS총평분현저저우대조조,총유효솔현저고우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);량조환자불량반응발생솔비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론단타액산사기당신경절감지납연합뇌단백수해물능구현저개선파금삼병환자UPDRS평분,림상료효현저。
Objective To explore the efficacy of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with brain protein hydrolysate for the treatment of parkinson disease.Methods 86 cases of patients with parkinson disease were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group were treated by monosialotetrah exosylganglioside sodium injection, the experiment group were treated by monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with brain protein hydrolysate. The clinical effects were compared for the two groups.Results The scores of UPDRS posttreatment for the two groups were lower than prior treatment(P<0.05); The scores of UPDRS posttreatment for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05); The total effective rate of the experiment was higher than the control group(P<0.05); There was no significant difference on the rate of adverse reaction(P>0.05). ConclusionThe efficacy of monosialotetrahexosylganglioside sodium injection combined with brain protein hydrolysate for the treatment of parkinson disease is good, it can improve the scores of UPDRS. The clinical curative effect is distinct.
