目的：探讨个性化护理干预对耐多药肺结核患者治疗依从性的影响。方法：将128例耐多药肺结核患者随机分为对照组和观察组各64例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予个体化护理干预；比较两组干预前后治疗依从性、抑郁情绪评分及生活质量评分。结果：观察组干预后治疗依从性高于干预前及对照组（ P<0.05），抑郁情绪评分明显低于干预前及对照组（ P<0.05），生活质量指标评分均高于干预前及对照组（ P<0.05）。结论：个性化护理干预可有效提高耐多药肺结核患者的治疗依从性，缓解其抑郁情绪，提高其生活质量。
목적：탐토개성화호리간예대내다약폐결핵환자치료의종성적영향。방법：장128례내다약폐결핵환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각64례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조급여개체화호리간예；비교량조간예전후치료의종성、억욱정서평분급생활질량평분。결과：관찰조간예후치료의종성고우간예전급대조조（ P<0.05），억욱정서평분명현저우간예전급대조조（ P<0.05），생활질량지표평분균고우간예전급대조조（ P<0.05）。결론：개성화호리간예가유효제고내다약폐결핵환자적치료의종성，완해기억욱정서，제고기생활질량。
Objective:To eXplore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on treatment compliance of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:128 patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(64 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group received individualized nursing intervention. The treatment compliance and the scores of depression and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The treatment compli-ance of the patients was better after the intervention than that before the intervention in the observation group and better than that in the control group(P<0. 05);the depression score was significantly lower after the intervention than that before the intervention in the obser-vation group and lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05);the score of quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher after the intervention than that before the intervention and higher than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The indi-vidualized nursing intervention can effectively improve the compliance of treatment of patients with multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuber-culosis,alleviate their depression and improve their quality of life.
