目的：探讨延续护理干预措施对COPD患者日常生活质量的作用。方法：选取120例COPD患者进行延续护理干预，即出院1周前进行护理评估并制订出院延续护理干预措施，出院后经过4个月随访，并通过圣乔治呼吸问卷（ SGRQ）、一般健康问卷（ GHQ）和体质指数（ BMI）进行评定，对延续护理干预前后患者生活质量进行比较。结果：延续护理干预后本组患者症状、疾病影响维度及总分、活动受限及心理障碍发生率较干预前均明显下降，BMI较干预前明显提高（ P<0.05）。结论：延续护理干预措施可提高COPD患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토연속호리간예조시대COPD환자일상생활질량적작용。방법：선취120례COPD환자진행연속호리간예，즉출원1주전진행호리평고병제정출원연속호리간예조시，출원후경과4개월수방，병통과골교치호흡문권（ SGRQ）、일반건강문권（ GHQ）화체질지수（ BMI）진행평정，대연속호리간예전후환자생활질량진행비교。결과：연속호리간예후본조환자증상、질병영향유도급총분、활동수한급심리장애발생솔교간예전균명현하강，BMI교간예전명현제고（ P<0.05）。결론：연속호리간예조시가제고COPD환자적생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the eXtended nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with COPD. Meth-ods:120 patients with COPD were selected and provided the eXtended nursing intervention after discharge based on the one-week evalua-tion before discharge. Following up for 4 months after discharge,the patients were assessed by using the St Georgeˊs Respiratory Question-naire( SGRQ),general health questionnaire( GHQ)and body mass indeX( BMI)and the quality of life of the patients were compared be-fore and after the intervention. Results:The symptoms of the patients,the total score of the factors and the incidence of the limitation of ac-tivity and psychological barriers of the patients were significantly relieved and decreased after the intervention compared with those before the intervention,BMI increased significantly compared with that before the intervention(P<0. 01). Conclusion:The eXtended nursing in-tervention can effectively improve the life quality of patients with COPD.
