为研究悬挂式减振系统冲击响应特性,建立半正弦脉冲激励下平动和转动耦合的三自由度模型。针对运输过程中偏心情况,推得具有三次非线性的无量纲冲击动力学方程。采用龙格-库塔法数值分析,构建三维冲击谱。讨论质心位置、系统悬挂角、阻尼比、脉冲激励参数对系统冲击响应的影响规律。研究表明:质心位置应尽量靠近系统几何中心,增加阻尼比、降低脉冲激励幅值可明显抑制系统冲击响应。研究结果可为悬挂式减振系统优化设计提供理论基础。

A 3-DOF model considering translation and rotational coupling under action of a half-sine pulse was established to study shock response characteristics of a suspened vibration reduction system.Considering the eccentricity during transportation,its dimensionless shock dynamic equations with cubic-nonlinearity were deduced.The three-dimensional shock spectra were constructed using Runge-Kutta numerical analysis method.The effects of centroid position,suspension angle,damping ratio and pulse excitation parameters on the shock response of the system were discussed.It was shown that centroid position should be as close to the geometric center of the system as possible, increasing damping ratio or reducing pulse excitation amplitude can obviously reduce the shock response of the system. The results provided a theroretical foundation for the optimal design of suspended vibration reduction systems.
