随着我国高职院校的发展，为了满足师生对图书馆各种专业文献的需求，必须加强图书馆文献资源建设中联络员队伍的建设与管理。介绍了高职院校图书馆文献资源建设的现状，阐述了高职院校图书馆联络员的作用和意义，探讨了做好联络员队伍建设和管理的对策。
隨著我國高職院校的髮展，為瞭滿足師生對圖書館各種專業文獻的需求，必鬚加彊圖書館文獻資源建設中聯絡員隊伍的建設與管理。介紹瞭高職院校圖書館文獻資源建設的現狀，闡述瞭高職院校圖書館聯絡員的作用和意義，探討瞭做好聯絡員隊伍建設和管理的對策。

Along with the development of higher vocational colleges in China, in order to meet the needs of teachers and students for library’s professional literatures, the construction and management of the liaison team must be strengthened in library’s literature resources construction. This paper introduces the current status of literature resources construction in the library of higher vocational college, expounds the function and significance of liaison men in the library of higher vocational college, and probes into the countermeasures for strengthening the construction and management of liaison team.
