Reading is vital for children. The public library what bears an important responsibility of reading promotion is the important places for children to read. According to the famous child psychologist Piaget’s theory of children’s cognitive development stage as theoretical basis, the scientific design conforms to the mental development of children reading promotion activities, which has a guiding significance to the public library reading promotion practice.
