顶岗实习与毕业设计是高职教育人才培养的重要环节。该文结合当代高职教育发展的新形势，提出顶岗实习与毕业设计实践工作的新特点，并提出了基于强化过程控制的高职顶岗实习与毕业设计一体化管理创新的实践模式，以期为高职教育发展提供实践经验与改革思路。

Post practice and graduation design is an important link of cultivating talents in higher vocation-al education. In this paper,combined with the new situation of the development of contemporary vocational education,the new characteristics of internship and graduation design practice,and put forward to strength-en practice and graduation design integration management of post practice in Higher Vocational Schools Based on process control,in order to provide practical experience and reform idea for the development of higher vocational education.
