随着全球经济由工业化走向后工业化，我国正面临传统产业转型升级的巨大压力。在高新区产业转型升级过程中，文化创新能够重塑区域文化品牌形象，优化产业结构，完善和提升产业价值链，是经济持续发展和产业转型升级的强劲动力。中山市火炬开发区作为我国首批国家级高新区，在发展过程中已进入产业转型升级瓶颈期，应通过文化传承创新、大力发展公共文化事业和文化产业，探索成为以制造业为主、实现产业转型升级的高新区典范。

As global economy turns from industrialization to post industrialization ,China is encountering great challenge of traditional industries'transformation and upgrading .During the process of industrial transformation and upgrading in high-tech zone ,cultural innovation can rebuild the cultural brand image of this zone ,optimize industrial structure ,complete and elevate industrial value chain ,and even become a powerful engine to drive sustained economic development as well as the industrial transformation and upgrading .As one of the first batch high-tech zones in China ,Zhongshan Torch economic zone has undergone the bottleneck period of industrial transformation and upgrading ,and now by cultural inheritane and innovation and striving to develop public cultural undertakings ,Torch is exploring a way to become a model of industrial transformation and upgrading in high-tech zone .
