通过综合考虑城市基础设施水平、智慧应用水平、公共支撑体系等方面的因素,以北京、上海、广州、南京等8个城市的智慧城市规划纲要及“十二五”规划为依据,运用层次分析法构建了一套适合我国智慧城市发展的评价指标体系,为衡量和反映我国智慧城市建设的进度及发展水平,进一步建设智慧城市,以及比较各城市建设水平提供有益参考。
通過綜閤攷慮城市基礎設施水平、智慧應用水平、公共支撐體繫等方麵的因素,以北京、上海、廣州、南京等8箇城市的智慧城市規劃綱要及“十二五”規劃為依據,運用層次分析法構建瞭一套適閤我國智慧城市髮展的評價指標體繫,為衡量和反映我國智慧城市建設的進度及髮展水平,進一步建設智慧城市,以及比較各城市建設水平提供有益參攷。
통과종합고필성시기출설시수평、지혜응용수평、공공지탱체계등방면적인소,이북경、상해、엄주、남경등8개성시적지혜성시규화강요급“십이오”규화위의거,운용층차분석법구건료일투괄합아국지혜성시발전적평개지표체계,위형량화반영아국지혜성시건설적진도급발전수평,진일보건설지혜성시,이급비교각성시건설수평제공유익삼고。
Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),this paper selected Beijing,Shanghai,Nanjing,Guangzhou and other eight cities’twelfth five-year plan about Smart City as the main basis. Through the comprehensive consideration of the urban infrastructure level,smart application level and public support system and other factors,the paper constructed a set of suitable evaluation system for China's smart city development. The paper provided a way to measure and reflect the construction process and development level of smart city in China,which is beneficial reference to further construction.
