以扎根理论方法为主导工具，对奇瑞公司的发展模式进行深入研究，并通过情景化方式，从理论高度构建出企业协同创新战略模型框架。研究发现，奇瑞借助模仿创新、自主创新、价值创新和低成本运作等方式，对其产品、服务和市场等进行的破坏性创新是其实现跨越式发展的关键。深化学术界对企业创新发展的认识，对中国企业破解成长问题具有启示意义。

Using the grounded theory method as the leading tool,this paper analyzes the development mode for Chery and constructs enterprise collaborative innovation strategy model framework from the highly theoretical aspect. The research finds that Chery’ s products,services and markets disruptive innovation are dependent on imitate innovation,independent innovation,value innovation and low cost operation,which is the key to its leaping development. This study deepens the academic view of enterprise innovation and development and has an important enlighten significance for Chinese enterprises to crack growth problems.
