为了探明碳源组成对化学气相渗透(CVI)制备的炭/炭复合材料密度分布及结构的影响,本文分别以丙烯(C3H6)单一碳源、丙烯/乙炔(C3H6/C2H2)混合碳源为原料,N2为稀释气体,针刺整体炭毡为预制体,在自制 CVI炉中980℃负压工艺条件下制备了炭/炭复合材料。分析了碳源组成对炭收率及所制备试样密度分布的影响,并采用偏光光学显微镜、拉曼光谱对其组织结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:相同条件下,C3H6/C2H2较C3H6的炭收率高,所制备的炭/炭复合材料内外密度梯度较小,热解炭定向度高。

In order to understand the effect of different carbon sources on the density and microstructure of C/C composites, the C/C composites were infiltrated under negative pressure, at the temperature of 980 ℃ using C3H6 and C3H6/C2H2 mixtures as carbon sources, N2 as diluent gas, needle-punched carbon felt as porous performs. The effect of different carbon sources on the yields of pyrolytic carbon and density uniformity were investigated, the textures of pyrocarbons were observed by polarized light microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the yields ratio and the degree of orientation of pyrolytic carbon prepared by C3H6/C2H2 mixtures are higher than that by C3H6 the density grads in the inside and outside of sample prepared by C3H6/C2H2 mixtures is smaller.
