目的:探讨远程护理干预对2型糖尿病足中高危患者足部自护行为及血糖的影响。方法在2011年1~5月住院的糖尿病患者中,筛选出糖尿病足中高危患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组及干预组。对照组采取常规出院随访,干预组采取远程延续信函结合电话强化健康指导。比较两组患者在院时和出院2年后的足部自护行为、血糖值及糖尿病足危险因素评分。结果干预组患者干预前后的足部自护行为差异有显著意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。在血糖值、糖尿病足危险因素评分等方面比较两组差异无显著意义。结论针对性的远程宣教,可以提高糖尿病足中高危患者的足部自护行为,但宣教模式还可进一步完善。

목적:탐토원정호리간예대2형당뇨병족중고위환자족부자호행위급혈당적영향。방법재2011년1~5월주원적당뇨병환자중,사선출당뇨병족중고위환자60례위연구대상,수궤분위대조조급간예조。대조조채취상규출원수방,간예조채취원정연속신함결합전화강화건강지도。비교량조환자재원시화출원2년후적족부자호행위、혈당치급당뇨병족위험인소평분。결과간예조환자간예전후적족부자호행위차이유현저의의(P<0.05),여대조조비교차이유현저의의(P<0.05)。재혈당치、당뇨병족위험인소평분등방면비교량조차이무현저의의。결론침대성적원정선교,가이제고당뇨병족중고위환자적족부자호행위,단선교모식환가진일보완선。
Objective To study the effect on blood glucose and self-care behaviors for patients at high risk for type II diabetic foot by remote nursing intervention .Method 60 hospitalized patients with high risk of diabetes foot from January to May 2011 was selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group .patients in control group wan given conventional discharge follow-up .patients in observation group was given continue remote letters combined with telephone strengthen health guidance .The foot self-care behaviors ,the blood glucose levels and risk factors for diabetic foot score was observed and compared during hospitalization and two years after dis-charged .Result There was significant differences in foot self-care behaviors for patients in intervention group before and after the intervention(P<0 .05) .There was significant difference compared with the control group (P<0 .05) . The blood glucose levels ,diabetic foot risk score and other aspects for the two groups showed no significant .Con-clusion Targeted remote education can increase foot self-care behavior for patients with high-risk of diabetic foot ,but the health education mode can be further improved .
