目的：通过检测慢性支气管炎患者冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗前、后血清中白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）等水平，探讨冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法对人体血清 IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平的影响。方法将确诊为慢性支气管炎非急性期且未进行其他相关治疗的患者30例随机、平均分为穴位贴敷治疗组（治疗组）和对照组。治疗组给予“三伏贴”穴位贴敷疗法，对照组给予“安慰贴”穴位贴敷疗法；对比2组治疗前及治疗后的血清 IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α水平。结果在治疗组中，患者治疗后血清 IL-2水平显著高于治疗前（P ＜0．05），IL-8、TNF-α水平显著低于治疗前（P ＜0．05）；在治疗后，治疗组血清 IL-2、IL-4水平显著高于对照组（P ＜0．05），IL-8、TNF-α显著低于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗能有效提高慢支炎患者血清 IL-2水平，降低 IL-8、TNF-α水平，从而提高自身免疫调节能力，降低炎症发生程度。
목적：통과검측만성지기관염환자동병하치혈위첩부치료전、후혈청중백세포개소-2（IL-2）、백세포개소-4（IL-4）、백세포개소-8（IL-8）、종류배사인자-α（TNF-α）등수평，탐토동병하치혈위첩부요법대인체혈청 IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α수평적영향。방법장학진위만성지기관염비급성기차미진행기타상관치료적환자30례수궤、평균분위혈위첩부치료조（치료조）화대조조。치료조급여“삼복첩”혈위첩부요법，대조조급여“안위첩”혈위첩부요법；대비2조치료전급치료후적혈청 IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、TNF-α수평。결과재치료조중，환자치료후혈청 IL-2수평현저고우치료전（P ＜0．05），IL-8、TNF-α수평현저저우치료전（P ＜0．05）；재치료후，치료조혈청 IL-2、IL-4수평현저고우대조조（P ＜0．05），IL-8、TNF-α현저저우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론동병하치혈위첩부치료능유효제고만지염환자혈청 IL-2수평，강저 IL-8、TNF-α수평，종이제고자신면역조절능력，강저염증발생정도。
Objective By measuring the concentrations of serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αin chronic bronchitis patients before and after the acupoint sticking therapy which was also called winter disease treated in summer to investigate the effect of therapy on serum concentrations of IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-α.Methods 30 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic bronchitis in paracmasia and did not recieve other related treatment were randomly divided into acupoint application therapy group (treatment group)and the control group.The treatment group was given"three Fu"acupoint sticking therapy,the control group was given the"comfort"acupoint sticking therapy.Serum IL-2,IL-4,IL-8 and TNF-αconcentrations were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results In the treatment group,the serum IL-2 concentration of patients after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P <0.05),IL-8 and TNF-αconcentrations were significantly lower than those before therapy(P <0.05).Af-ter treatment,serum IL-2,IL-4 levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05 )while IL-8 and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05 ).Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy in summer for winter diseases effectively increase the concentration of serum IL-2 in patients with chronic bronchitis,reduced IL-8,TNF-α concentra-tions,and enhance their own immunity ability,reduce the degree of inflammation.
