镁的化学性质非常地活泼,电负性很强,标准电位为-2.37 V,因此镁合金在常温下就很容易自发地发生腐蚀,由此可见镁合金的防腐问题已经成为它推广应用的瓶颈之一.近几年来,人们对镁合金的腐蚀机理进行了深入的研究,提出了很多关于镁合金防腐的新见解、新思路和新工艺.从物理防腐和化学防腐两个角度,着重对镁合金主要的防腐方法、相应机理和研究进展进行了较为全面的概述,以期能够推动镁合金的开发及应用.

The chemically active magnesium possesses a strong electronegativity and standard potential of-2.37 V.Therefore,the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys has been one of the critical bottlenecks pre-venting their wide applications.In recent years,as the corrosion mechanism of magnesium alloys has been re-searched in depth,enormous new solutions and craft-processes have been proposed.From the two aspects of physical and chemical anticorrosion,this paper provides a thorough summary about research progress of main anticorrosion methods and mechanism of magnesium alloys in order to promote their development and applica-tion.
