以我国深沪上市公司为样本，参照国家企业规模划分标准，将企业分为主板大企业，中小板与创业板中小企业，实证检验了企业规模与绩效之间的关系。研究表明，影响绩效的因素是多方面的，规模并不是决定绩效的唯一因素；虽然不同行业的企业规模与企业绩效均未呈现显著的强正相关关系，但规模各指标对不同类型企业的绩效依然存在着不同的影响；规模效率低是造成我国企业规模与绩效不显著相关的主要原因之一。
以我國深滬上市公司為樣本，參照國傢企業規模劃分標準，將企業分為主闆大企業，中小闆與創業闆中小企業，實證檢驗瞭企業規模與績效之間的關繫。研究錶明，影響績效的因素是多方麵的，規模併不是決定績效的唯一因素；雖然不同行業的企業規模與企業績效均未呈現顯著的彊正相關關繫，但規模各指標對不同類型企業的績效依然存在著不同的影響；規模效率低是造成我國企業規模與績效不顯著相關的主要原因之一。

Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen listed companies as samples ,and referring to the state enter-prise size division standards ,the companies are divided into to large ,medium and small enterprise board , and an empirical test of the correlation between listed companies size and performance is done .The results show that the performance is affected by many factors ,and the size is not the only factor that determines the performance .Although the size and performance of different industries does not show significantly positive correlation ,the size index still has effects on the performance of different types of enterprises . Size efficiency is one of the main causes that is responsible for not significant correlation between size and performance .
