固体流量检测和计量非常重要但却难以实现。黄金冶炼的锌粉置换工艺,需要解决锌粉添加量的检测和自动调节问题。针对传统分步式流量计算方法的不足,提出了一种基于失重法的新型动态流量检测方法,研制出锌粉精密添加系统,并采用PID控制算法实现给料流量的自动控制。试验效果表明,该系统能够满足锌粉精密添加的要求。

Detection and measurement of solid's flow are very important,however,they are difficult to achieve. In the zinc dust replacement gold hydrometallurgy process, the detection and automatic adjustment of the amount of zinc dust are to be resolved. Aiming at shortcomings of the traditional fractional flow calculation method,we present a new dynamic flow detection method based on weight-loss method,develop zinc dust precise dosing system,and use PID control algorithm to achieve auto-matic control of feeding flow. Experimental results show that the system can meet the requirements of zinc dust precise dosing.
