结合本院等级评审实践，从推进质量与安全管理规章制度规范化、以绩效考核强化质量与安全团队制度执行两方面入手，探讨基于质量与安全管理团队建设的医疗综合质量提升措施，并对措施实施前后平均住院日、医疗收费的药占比进行比较，对存在的问题进行分析。

Combining with the practice of hospital level accreditation , the author introduced the main measures of medical quality control , which included promoting the normalization of quality and safe management regulation , and intensifying the regulation implement of quality and safe team by performance evaluation .And the effectiveness was shown in the average length of stay and medicinal proportion in medical cost .The existing prob-lems were also discussed .
