采用静电纺丝技术制备不同晶体结构的Nb2 O5纳米纤维,利用SEM和XRD技术对产物的形貌和结构进行表征。结果表明:所得N b2 O5纳米纤维晶化良好、尺寸分布均匀、长径比高且连续性好。通过调整静电纺丝的电压,可对纳米纤维的直径进行调控。调整退火温度和退火气氛,可分别获得伪六方、正交、单斜和正交/单斜混合相的纳米纤维。
採用靜電紡絲技術製備不同晶體結構的Nb2 O5納米纖維,利用SEM和XRD技術對產物的形貌和結構進行錶徵。結果錶明:所得N b2 O5納米纖維晶化良好、呎吋分佈均勻、長徑比高且連續性好。通過調整靜電紡絲的電壓,可對納米纖維的直徑進行調控。調整退火溫度和退火氣氛,可分彆穫得偽六方、正交、單斜和正交/單斜混閤相的納米纖維。
채용정전방사기술제비불동정체결구적Nb2 O5납미섬유,이용SEM화XRD기술대산물적형모화결구진행표정。결과표명:소득N b2 O5납미섬유정화량호、척촌분포균균、장경비고차련속성호。통과조정정전방사적전압,가대납미섬유적직경진행조공。조정퇴화온도화퇴화기분,가분별획득위륙방、정교、단사화정교/단사혼합상적납미섬유。
Nb2 O5 polycrystalline nanofibers with different cyrstal structures were prepared by electrospinning method .The morphology and structure of the nanofibers were characterized by SEM , XRD techniques .The results suggested that the as-synthesized nanofibers exhibited high crystallinity , uniform size-distribution ,high aspect ratio and excellent continuities .T he diameter of the nanofibers could be controlled by modifying the electrospinning voltage . The hexagonal phase ,orthorhombic phase ,monoclinic phase and orthorhombic/monoclinic mixing-phase nanofibers could be obtained at different annealing temperature and atmospheres .
