采用吸附剂吸附法收集榆树挥发物,利用GC-M S对榆树挥发物进行分析.共鉴定出18种主要挥发物.榆树挥发物主要成分为2-乙基-1-乙醇,癸醛,壬醛,十二烷,其百分含量分别为:20.04±1.12,5.89±0.94,3.34±0.56,2.07±0.02.研究结果将为暗黑鳃金龟植物源引诱剂的研究与开发提供依据.

The aim was to explore the Information Compounds of Host plants of Holotrichia parallela .The adsorption-solvent desorption was applied to extract the volatiles of Ulmus pumila , and 18 compounds were identified by GC-MS .The results showed that main components were 2-ethyl-1-ethanol ,decanal ,dodecane ,nonanal ,its contents were as follows :20 .04 ± 1 .12 ,5 .89 ± 0 .94 ,2 .07 ± 0 .02 ,3 .34 ± 0 .56 . The results will provide a theoretical basis for development of plant origin attractants of H .parallela .
