目的:对大花紫薇的化学成分及其药理作用的研究进展作一综述,提供有关大花紫薇叶研究的较全面的科学资料。方法:查阅国内外公开发表的文献23篇,对从大花紫薇叶中得到的化学成分及其药理作用进行论述。结果:大花紫薇叶主要含有鞣质类、三萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类等化学成分。且在降血糖、降脂、抗氧化以及抗真菌等方面有较好的药理作用。结论:本综述为进一步开发利用大花紫薇提供参考。

목적:대대화자미적화학성분급기약리작용적연구진전작일종술,제공유관대화자미협연구적교전면적과학자료。방법:사열국내외공개발표적문헌23편,대종대화자미협중득도적화학성분급기약리작용진행논술。결과:대화자미협주요함유유질류、삼첩류、생물감류、황동류등화학성분。차재강혈당、강지、항양화이급항진균등방면유교호적약리작용。결론:본종술위진일보개발이용대화자미제공삼고。
Objective:The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities on Lagerstroemia speciosa were systemical-ly reviewed in order to provide a relatively full-scale reference information for the further research. Methods:Based on the literatures of Lagerstroemia speciosa domestic and abroad,the constituents and the pharmacological action were reviewed respectively.Results:The main constituents of Lagerstroemia speciosa were tannins,terpenoids,alkaloids and flavonoids. Lagerstroemia speciosa was active in diabetic,lipid-lowering,antioxidation and antifungal.Conclusions:This review pro-vides useful references for the further research.
