受部队编制调整精简政策影响，军队医学院校学员的招生数量也相应减少，客观造成军队医院的干部来源面越来越窄，科室呈现出人才脱接的不良局面，本文针对医院存在的人才现状和问题进行剖析，对医院设置科主任助理的必要性、重要性和科主任助理需要达到的基本条件，以及推行科主任制度需要注意的事宜进行深入思考，探寻更好地推进相关制度实施的策略，为医院加强人才选拔培养提供借鉴。

Thepolicy of force structure adjustment brought hasmade the number of student enrollment in military medical colleges reduce , which made the cadre sources of military hospital more narrowobjectively , so it was common of talent gap in the department of the hospital .According to this situation ,the importance and necessi-ty were discussed to set the duty of assistant director of hospital department , also the basic conditions and relative matters were analyzedof assistant director .
