目的：探讨实施分组医护一体化模式在野战医疗所应对训练中的做法与成效。方法采用人员分组、组与组之间相互交叉训练、医师和护士形成相对固定的诊疗团队共同参与的做法，采取医护共同交接班、共同查房及病例讨论、共同管理伤病员的简化工作流程，使分组医护一体化的工作模式贯穿于野战医疗所收治战伤病员训练的全过程。结果野战医疗所实施分组医护一体化模式后，沟通效果与救护质量均得到提高，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01或P＜0．05）。结论实施分组医护一体化工作模式在野战医疗所应对训练中是安全有效的、值得推广。
목적：탐토실시분조의호일체화모식재야전의료소응대훈련중적주법여성효。방법채용인원분조、조여조지간상호교차훈련、의사화호사형성상대고정적진료단대공동삼여적주법，채취의호공동교접반、공동사방급병례토론、공동관리상병원적간화공작류정，사분조의호일체화적공작모식관천우야전의료소수치전상병원훈련적전과정。결과야전의료소실시분조의호일체화모식후，구통효과여구호질량균득도제고，량조상비차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01혹P＜0．05）。결론실시분조의호일체화공작모식재야전의료소응대훈련중시안전유효적、치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the effect of doctor -nurse unity work mode in the field hospital .Meth-ods All doctors and nurses were divided into different groups .The doctors and the nurses in every group were in-variant .All members in the same group must participate in the procedure of diagnosis , case consultation and thera-py together .Results The application of doctor -nurse unity work mode has improved the effect and quality of medical treatments in the field hospital (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The application of doctor -nurse unity work mode is safe and of many advantages in field hospital management .
