老年患者由于各个脏器功能的衰退及合并慢性疾病,在以肺部感染和心、脑、肾等慢性疾病急性发作等刺激下更易发生老年多器官衰竭(MOFE)。目前认为微循环障碍是导致MOFE最重要的基础机制,也是并发MOFE过程的核心环节。现代观点认为,对老年重症患者进行早期微循环功能的监测及以微循环为靶点的治疗方案已经成为治疗MOFE的新策略。

Due to organdysfunctionand comorbidity of chronic diseases, the elderly are more susceptible to multiple organ failure in the elderly(MOFE), underthecircumstance of stimulus, such asacute exacerbation of lung infections andchronic diseasesofheart, brain, kidney and otherorgans. Microcirculation disorder is currently considered not onlyasthe most important underlying mechanism resulting in MOFE, but alsoasthe core link of the process of concurrent MOFE. The modern viewpointthinks that early microcirculation function monitoring and microcirculation as target for treatment have become new strategiesforMOFE treatment in theelderly patients.
