Taihao Mausoleum is said to be the capital and resting place for the ‘ancestral’ Fuxi namely Taihao. This paper expounds the Taihao Mausoleum as one of the famous three mausoleums in China, which has a rich cultural heritage.With the rapid development of tourism today, discussing development strategies of Taihao Mausoleum scenic spot has a positive practical signiifcance for developing the present situation of management to the better and attracting more tourists .
