目的：探讨超声联合CT对小儿不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法分析经手术病理证实的65例不典型急性阑尾炎患儿的超声和CT图像特征，比较二者单独诊断及联合诊断的准确率。结果对小儿不典型急性阑尾炎的准确率超声为82％，CT为85％，两种方法联合诊断为97％，高于单独使用超声和 CT诊断（P ＜0．05）。结论联合应用超声和CT检查有助于提高小儿不典型急性阑尾炎的诊断准确率。
목적：탐토초성연합CT대소인불전형급성란미염적진단개치。방법분석경수술병리증실적65례불전형급성란미염환인적초성화CT도상특정，비교이자단독진단급연합진단적준학솔。결과대소인불전형급성란미염적준학솔초성위82％，CT위85％，량충방법연합진단위97％，고우단독사용초성화 CT진단（P ＜0．05）。결론연합응용초성화CT검사유조우제고소인불전형급성란미염적진단준학솔。
Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with CT for the diagnosis of atypical pediatric acute appendicitis. Methods The image characteristics of color Doppler ultrasound and CT scan from 65 cases confirmed by pathology were analyzed,and the diagnostic accuracies of single image examination and the combination were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracies of Color Doppler ultrasound and CT were 82% and 85%,respectively. For the combination of two methods,it was 97%,which was higher than that of Doppler ultrasound or CT alone (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and CT scan will help improve the diagnostic accuracy of atypical pediatric acute appendicitis.
