输尿管支架管是一种用来修复尿路阻塞和损伤的医疗器械,可降解输尿管支架管可避免二次手术取出。评价可降解输尿管支架管的力学性能,研究制备工艺与力学性能之间的关系,对于研制性能优良的支架管具有重要意义。对聚乙交酯和聚乙丙交酯纱线编织成的输尿管支架管进行径向压缩和轴向拉伸性能测试。与临床上应用的不可降解支架管对照样相比,可降解支架管具有更佳的径向压缩和轴向拉伸性能,但弹性回复性能有待改善。另外,支架管的结构和后处理参数对其力学性能有着很大的影响。

Ureteral stent is an important tool in current urologic practice for the treatment of ureteral obstruction and injury.Biodegradable ureteral stents eliminate the need for stent removal .Performance of degradable ureteral stents was evaluated in terms of mechanical characteristics , and the relationship between the manufacturing process and mechanical properties was studied to determine the optimal product .The PGA and PGLA multifilaments were chosen to fabricate the ureteral stents and related tests were performed on specimens to measure their mechanical properties including radial compressive load and longitudinal tensile strength compared with the control stents .It is found the biodegradable stent has a better resistance to radial compression than that of traditional stents even though a lower elastic recovery , the longitudinal tensile strength of degradable stent is also higher and the construction of stents plays a distinct role in their performance on mechanical properties .
