为了适应“卓越工程师”人才培养要求，改革人才培养模式，课题组将理论与实践相结合、课内与课外相结合、科研与教学相结合，以强化学生的工程实践和创新能力为目标，自主开发各类实验设备和实训项目，辅以自编教材，培养适应经济社会发展需要的高素卓越工程师。

위료괄응“탁월공정사”인재배양요구，개혁인재배양모식，과제조장이론여실천상결합、과내여과외상결합、과연여교학상결합，이강화학생적공정실천화창신능력위목표，자주개발각류실험설비화실훈항목，보이자편교재，배양괄응경제사회발전수요적고소탁월공정사。
