本文利用高效液相色谱法对二苯甲烷4,4'-二异氰酸酯(MDI)及中间产物的乙醇衍生物进行分析,实现了MDI及中间产物的测定。色谱条件:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱分离,以水-甲醇(体积比40∶60)溶液为流动相,流速1.2mL·min-1,检测波长:245nm,柱温30℃,中间产物和MDI衍生物的线性较好(r均在0.999以上)。该方法重复性好,灵敏度高,简便且快速。

A new hight performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for the determina-tion of diphenylmethane 4,4'-diisocyanate(MDI) and the middle of produce was derived by ethanol without water. The chromatographic conditions:the separation was performed on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18 column with Water-methyl alcohol (40∶60,V/V)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm, the column temperature was 30℃. Under the optimized condition ,there was good linear relationship be-tween the mass concentration and the peak area of MDI and the middle of produce with the correlation coefficient r>0.999. The method is good reproducibility, hight sensitivity, simple and rapid.
