为降低威兰胶生产成本,提高其产量,以油莎豆为原料,通过提取油脂、蛋白质和水解等处理,制得豆饼粕水解液作为底物,发酵生产威兰胶。结果表明:在不添加其他氮源或营养盐条件下,以水解液为底物生产威兰胶,产量为24.12g·L-1,较葡萄糖发酵组提高26.68%,威兰胶产品的剪切性能值为4.40。使用油莎豆粕水解液发酵生产威兰胶,发酵培养基中不需添加额外碳氮源,产量和剪切性能均优于利用葡萄糖发酵的结果。由此可见,油莎豆是生产威兰胶的一种优质原料。
為降低威蘭膠生產成本,提高其產量,以油莎豆為原料,通過提取油脂、蛋白質和水解等處理,製得豆餅粕水解液作為底物,髮酵生產威蘭膠。結果錶明:在不添加其他氮源或營養鹽條件下,以水解液為底物生產威蘭膠,產量為24.12g·L-1,較葡萄糖髮酵組提高26.68%,威蘭膠產品的剪切性能值為4.40。使用油莎豆粕水解液髮酵生產威蘭膠,髮酵培養基中不需添加額外碳氮源,產量和剪切性能均優于利用葡萄糖髮酵的結果。由此可見,油莎豆是生產威蘭膠的一種優質原料。
위강저위란효생산성본,제고기산량,이유사두위원료,통과제취유지、단백질화수해등처리,제득두병박수해액작위저물,발효생산위란효。결과표명:재불첨가기타담원혹영양염조건하,이수해액위저물생산위란효,산량위24.12g·L-1,교포도당발효조제고26.68%,위란효산품적전절성능치위4.40。사용유사두박수해액발효생산위란효,발효배양기중불수첨가액외탄담원,산량화전절성능균우우이용포도당발효적결과。유차가견,유사두시생산위란효적일충우질원료。
To lower the production cost of welan gum and raise the production,how to utilize the C.esculentus waste hydrolysate (CEWH), which has been extracted its oil and part of the protein, as the substrate to ferment welan gum was investigated. Under the condition of using CEWH as substrate, and adding neither nitrogen source nor nutritive salt, the production of welan gum reached the maximum of 24.12g·L-1, which was 26.68% more than that of using glucose to ferment. The values of shear properties of welan gum also come to 4.40. When using the C. esculentus waste hydrolysate to ferment the welan gum, there is no need to add other carbon source nor nitrogen source in the fermentation medium and both the production as well as the sheer properties are better than the re-sults of using glucose to ferment. Thus, the C.esculentus is a cheap and high quality raw material to produce the welan gum.
