【目的】探讨新型靶向治疗药物拉帕替尼对人卵巢癌SKOV3裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。【方法】将人SKVO3细胞株接种于裸小鼠胸壁皮下建立卵巢癌裸小鼠移植瘤模型。随机将其分为空白对照组(A组)和实验组(B组),实验组根据拉帕替尼药物浓度的不同分为两个亚组:100 mg/kg (B1)和200 mg/kg (B2),检测各组拉帕替尼用药前后荷瘤体积及裸鼠体质量的变化。【结果】拉帕替尼可显著抑制SKOV3裸小鼠移植瘤的生长,呈剂量依赖性,B2组抑瘤率显著高于B1组,其差异有统计学意义( P <0.05),但小鼠体质量用药前后比较无显著性差异( P >0.05)。【结论】拉帕替尼可显著缩小人卵巢癌细胞株SKVO3裸鼠移植瘤的体积,为卵巢癌新型靶向治疗提供了理论基础。

【목적】탐토신형파향치료약물랍파체니대인란소암SKOV3라서이식류생장적영향。【방법】장인SKVO3세포주접충우라소서흉벽피하건립란소암라소서이식류모형。수궤장기분위공백대조조(A조)화실험조(B조),실험조근거랍파체니약물농도적불동분위량개아조:100 mg/kg (B1)화200 mg/kg (B2),검측각조랍파체니용약전후하류체적급라서체질량적변화。【결과】랍파체니가현저억제SKOV3라소서이식류적생장,정제량의뢰성,B2조억류솔현저고우B1조,기차이유통계학의의( P <0.05),단소서체질량용약전후비교무현저성차이( P >0.05)。【결론】랍파체니가현저축소인란소암세포주SKVO3라서이식류적체적,위란소암신형파향치료제공료이론기출。
To explore the impact of new targeted therapy drug lapatinib on transplanted tumor of nude mouse from human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 .[Methods]Human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 was inoculated into subcutaneous tissue of nude mouse's chest wall in order to establish nude mouse model with transplanted tumor of ovarian cancer successfully .Then they were randomly divided into blank control group (group A) and experimental group (group B) ,experimental group were divided into two subgroups by differ-ent drug concentrations of lapatinib :100mg/kg(B1 ) and 200 mg/kg(B2 ) ,the changes of the volume of bearing cancer and the weight of nude mouse before and after lapatinib treatment were examined .[Results] Lapatinib can markedly inhibit the proliferation of transplanted tumor in nude mouse from SKOV 3 in a dose-dependent manner .The tumor inhibition rate of group B2 was markedly higher than that of group B1 ,and there was sig-nificant difference between two groups( P<0 .05) ,but there was no significant difference in mouse weight be-tween before and after medication ( P > 0 .05) .[Conclusion]Lapatinib can markedly reduce the volume of transplanted tumor in nude mouse from human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV 3 ,and provide the theoretical ba-sis for its application in ovarian cancer .
