采用稀王水前处理样品,高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定低含量石墨矿石中固定碳.通过对样品称样量、样品前处理溶(熔)剂和方法的选择、工作曲线的建立等测定条件进行优化试验,以纯铁屑和钨粒作助熔剂,高温燃烧分解样品,CS-3000型高频-红外碳硫分析仪直接测定低含量石墨矿石中固定碳.用国家标准物质验证了方法的准确度和精密度,结果表明,方法相对误差(RE)小于1%,样品加标回收率为98.3%~100.6%;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)小于1%.与传统的化学处理、直接定碳等方法进行比对试验,碳的测定值吻合较好.

The low content fixed carbon in graphite ores was determined by high frequency IR-absorption spectrometric method,and the samples were pre-handled with dilute aqua regia. The analytical conditions such as sample amount, the pre-handled solution(molten)agent of the samples,the choices of the determined method,the establishement of working curve,etc. have been tested and optimized. Low content fixed carbon in graphite ore was determined by CS-3000 high frequency-infrared absorption spectrometry in this paper. The samples were high-temperature burned and decomposed by the flux of the pure ion filings and tungsten grains and the carbon was then determined. The accuracy and precision of the method were verified by the national standard materials,the accuracy of the method is less than 1%(RE)and sample recoveries range from 98.3%to 100.6%,and the precision of the method is less than 1%(RSD,n=9). Compared with the traditional chemical treatment method and the direct determination of carbon method,the measured values of C are in agreement with the certified values .
