目的:测定不同产地花椒中Fe,Cu,Mn三种微量元素的含量。方法:采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)湿法分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定。结果:四种花椒中三种微量元素含量存在差异,元素含量均为Fe>Mn>Cu,RSD<8.7%,回收率在93.6%~108.0%。结论:花椒中微量元素含量存在差别,可为进一步探讨花椒的药用价值提供与上述微量元素的关系参考。

Obj ective:Determine the content of three kinds of trace elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn in Chinese prickly ash of different regions.Methods:Using nitric acid and perchloric acid (4+1 )wet decomposition samples,flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS).Results:In four kinds of Chinese prickly ash,there are differences among the content of three kinds of trace elements,that is Fe>Mn>Cu,RSD<8.7%,the recoveries are between 93.6% and 108.0%.Conclusion:There are differences among the content of trace elements in Chinese prickly ash,which can provide references for further investigation of the medicinal value of Chinese prickly ash.
