以对羟基苯甲酸和甲醇为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,在超声波辐射下合成尼泊金甲酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸的物质的量比、超声波辐射功率及辐射时间对尼泊金甲酯收率的影响。结果表明:尼泊金甲酯在超声波辐射下最佳工艺条件为按醇/酸/催化剂的物质的量比为6∶1∶0.14,200 W超声波辐射90 min,收率达到85%以上。
以對羥基苯甲痠和甲醇為原料,對甲苯磺痠為催化劑,在超聲波輻射下閤成尼泊金甲酯。攷察瞭催化劑用量、醇痠的物質的量比、超聲波輻射功率及輻射時間對尼泊金甲酯收率的影響。結果錶明:尼泊金甲酯在超聲波輻射下最佳工藝條件為按醇/痠/催化劑的物質的量比為6∶1∶0.14,200 W超聲波輻射90 min,收率達到85%以上。

Astract:In this study,the Nipagin ester is synthesized from p-hydroxybenzoic acid and methanol under ultrasonic radiation,with p-toluenesulfonic acid as the catalyst.The influence of catalyst a-mount,raw material ratio,ultrasonic irradiance power and time are investigated respectively.The re-sults show that the optimum conditions for synthesis of Nipagin ester are as follows:alcohol/acid/cat-alyst molar ratios of 6∶1∶0.14,ultrasonic radiation of 90 min with 200 W.The yield of Nipagin es-ter is more than 85%.
