依据《水电站大坝安全检查施行细则》要求,并结合青溪水电站的具体情况,主要针对青溪水电站的防洪安全标准、坝基处理、结构安全、安全监测自动化系统运行情况、水力条件等方面,对该水电站工程的安全性进行全面复核和评价,并结合观测分析成果进行综合分析。结果表明重力坝各项指标基本符合现行规范要求,同时也对存在的问题给出了具体建议。

의거《수전참대패안전검사시행세칙》요구,병결합청계수전참적구체정황,주요침대청계수전참적방홍안전표준、패기처리、결구안전、안전감측자동화계통운행정황、수력조건등방면,대해수전참공정적안전성진행전면복핵화평개,병결합관측분석성과진행종합분석。결과표명중력패각항지표기본부합현행규범요구,동시야대존재적문제급출료구체건의。
Based on the requirement of "safety examination detailed regulations of hydropower dam", combining with changes in ac-tual situation of Qingxi hydropower station , aiming at flood control safety standards , the structure of the dam foundation treatment , safety and operation of the safety monitoring automation system , hydraulic conditions , etc., a comprehensive review on the safety of the reservoir engineering and evaluation , based on comprehensive analysis of the observation analysis results .The results show that the indicators of gravity dam are in line with the current specification requirements , at the same time giving the specific advice on the problems existing .
