近年来,红曲霉次级代谢产物的实际应用价值越来越高。同时物理场辅助法具有选择性好、周期短、应用潜力大的特点。综述了不同物理辅助手段(超声波、微波、光照、磁效应)对红曲霉产红曲色素、Monacolin K、桔霉素等的影响情况,并且对复合物理场手段调控红曲霉次级代谢产物进行了展望。
近年來,紅麯黴次級代謝產物的實際應用價值越來越高。同時物理場輔助法具有選擇性好、週期短、應用潛力大的特點。綜述瞭不同物理輔助手段(超聲波、微波、光照、磁效應)對紅麯黴產紅麯色素、Monacolin K、桔黴素等的影響情況,併且對複閤物理場手段調控紅麯黴次級代謝產物進行瞭展望。

In recent years,practical application values of Monascus secondary metabolites turn higher and higher.In addition,the physical field assisted method has the characteristics of good selectivity, short cycle and great application potential.The effects of different physical field assisted methods like ultrasonic radiation,microwave irradiation,light and magnetic field on its products of secondary metabolites,monascus pigment,Monacolin K and citrinin,as well as their functions and research development are summarized.Then the prospect of combined physical field assisted method is also introduced.
