基于中国文献数据库，检索了页岩气相关文献，归纳分析1990-2013年中国发表的有关页岩气文献的总体分布情况，总结了中国页岩气发展历程，对中国页岩气开发利用中未来应关注的问题及发展趋势进行了探讨，结果表明，中国页岩气尚未完全摸清家底，也未掌握页岩气开发的关键技术，还没有形成一套适合中国的页岩气开发理论技术体系，若希望依靠本土企业实现中国页岩气商业开发，仍需较长的时间。

Based on the literature database, the authors retrieved the relevant literatures of shale gas systematically, analyzed the shale gas literature published in China from 1990 to 2013, summarized the overall distribution of the literature and the development pro-cess of shale gas in China, and analyzed trends and issues which will be related to the utilization and development of shale gas in the future. The results indicate that the real situation of China's shale gas has not been fully understood, and the key technology of shale gas development has not been mastered. China has not formed a suitable theoretical and technological system for shale gas develop-ment. If we intend to develop the shale gas commercially on the basis of local businesses in China, much work has to be done, which, of course, needs quite a long time.
