研究了圆锥滚子轴承的热分析理论,并在此基础上分别采用有限元仿真法和热网络法对圆锥滚子轴承的稳态温度场进行了分析,从宏观和微观两方面确定了轴承在工作过程中的温度场分布情况,得出轴承工作过程中温度最高点出现在轴承最下端的滚子与内圈接触处。
研究瞭圓錐滾子軸承的熱分析理論,併在此基礎上分彆採用有限元倣真法和熱網絡法對圓錐滾子軸承的穩態溫度場進行瞭分析,從宏觀和微觀兩方麵確定瞭軸承在工作過程中的溫度場分佈情況,得齣軸承工作過程中溫度最高點齣現在軸承最下耑的滾子與內圈接觸處。

Based on study of the thermal analysis theory for tapered rolling bearings,the steady -state temperature fields of tapered rolling bearings are analyzed with finite element simulation method and thermal network method,and the temperature field distribution of bearings during the working process is obtained in macro and micro aspects.The re-sults show that the highest temperature point of bearings during the working process occurs on the contact of inner ring and roller which is at the bottom of the bearings.
