本文以沪深股市2004-2011年共67家国有企业整体上市当年及前后共计4年的财务数据构建绩效评价体系，运用SPSS19.0进行因子分析，对国有企业整体上市的长期绩效进行评价。结果证实国有企业整体上市能给企业带来长期绩效的改善，国有企业整体上市绩效变化的一般趋势是窗口年绩效的虚高、整合年绩效的下降和完成整体上市后绩效回升。

본문이호심고시2004-2011년공67가국유기업정체상시당년급전후공계4년적재무수거구건적효평개체계，운용SPSS19.0진행인자분석，대국유기업정체상시적장기적효진행평개。결과증실국유기업정체상시능급기업대래장기적효적개선，국유기업정체상시적효변화적일반추세시창구년적효적허고、정합년적효적하강화완성정체상시후적효회승。
The paper constructs performance evaluation system with financial data of 67 state-owned enterprises , which listed as a whole at Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2004 to 2011 .Then through the factor analysis with SPSS19.0, it evaluates the long -term performance of these enterprises .The results confirmed that state -owned enter-prises listed as a whole can bring to the improvement of enterprise long -term performance;and the general trend of per-formance change of state -owned enterprises after overall listing turns to be virtual high window year performance , down-ward integrated performance and rebound after the completion .
