合成了一种磷钼杂多酸离子液体[HMIM]3 PMo12 O40催化剂,将其用于 FCC 汽油催化氧化脱硫过程,考察了催化氧化时间、H2 O2用量、催化剂用量及反应温度对模拟汽油脱硫率的影响;在最佳工艺条件下,考察了该催化剂对 FCC 汽油的脱硫效果。结果表明:当催化氧化时间为90 min、反应温度为60℃、n(催化剂)? n(S)=0.04、n(H2 O2)?n(S)=4时,模拟汽油脱硫率可达91.6%;FCC 汽油的脱硫率为87.8%,且催化剂有较好的循环使用性能,前4次循环使用的平均脱硫率为84.9%。

An ionic liquid based on molybdophosphate was synthesized and tested for oxidative des-ulfurization of FCC gasoline. The effect of catalytic oxidation time,dosage of hydrogen peroxide,dos-age of catalyst and reaction temperature on the model gasoline desulfurization was studied. Under the optimum process conditions obtained,the FCC gasoline desulfurization performance of the catalyst was investigated. The results show that under the condition of a catalytic oxidation time of 90 min,a reac-tion temperature of 60 ℃,n(catalyst)?n(S)=0.04,n(H2 O2 )?n(S)=4,simulated gasoline desulfuriza-tion rate can reach 91.6%. While for FCC gasoline,desulfurization rate can reach 87.8% at the same conditions. The catalyst has a good cycle performance and the average desulfurization rate of four cycles is 84.9%.
