目的：调查黑龙江垦区福利院老年人老年痴呆患病率，分析有关危险因素。方法：在全垦区9个管理局66家福利院，采用简易精神状态量表（MMSE）、日常生活活动能力量表ADL和感知社会支持多维量表进行筛查，结果用SPSS 13.0软件分析。结果：黑龙江垦区福利院老年人阿尔茨海默病患病率为31.79%，其中女性为38.32%，男性为24.81%。单因素分析显示电磁辐射、性别、文化水平、婚姻状况与AD发生有关。结论：黑龙江垦区福利院65岁以上老人AD患病率较高，应引起社会重视。
목적：조사흑룡강은구복리원노년인노년치태환병솔，분석유관위험인소。방법：재전은구9개관리국66가복리원，채용간역정신상태량표（MMSE）、일상생활활동능역량표ADL화감지사회지지다유량표진행사사，결과용SPSS 13.0연건분석。결과：흑룡강은구복리원노년인아이자해묵병환병솔위31.79%，기중녀성위38.32%，남성위24.81%。단인소분석현시전자복사、성별、문화수평、혼인상황여AD발생유관。결론：흑룡강은구복리원65세이상노인AD환병솔교고，응인기사회중시。
Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of senile dementia in the welfare house in farming areas of Heilongjiang Province, and analysis the relevant risk factors.Methods:Among the 66 welfare homes in the nine branch of farming areas of Heilongjiang Province,questionnaires of MMSE,ADL and multidimensional perceived social support scale were used as screening tools,and analysis results with SPSS 13.0 software.Resuls:The prevalence of AD among the welfare house in farming areas of Heilongjiang Province was 31.79%,in which women was 38.32%, 24.81% for men. Single factor analysis showed that the the occurrence of AD is associated with electromagnetic radiation、gender、the level of culture and marital status. Conclusion:The prevalence rate of AD was high among the people over the age of 65 in the welfare house in farming areas of Heilongjiang Province,more attention should be paid to them.
