本文以新疆克拉玛依石油化工工业园区为研究对象，以扩展潜力、结构潜力、强度潜力、管理潜力和尚可供地年数为研究内容，通过实地调查，测算土地集约利用潜力，研究土地集约利用状况。通过测算分析，发现该园区土地集约利用潜力主要聚焦在扩展潜力和强度潜力上，土地集约利用潜力的挖掘需从优化土地利用结构，加大投入力度，提高产出效益入手。

This paper, taking the Xinjiang Karamay petrochemical industrial park as the research object, taking growth potential, potential structure, strength potential, management potential and years for land availability as the re-search content, estimates the potential of intensive land use and research the situation of intensive land use through field survey. By calculation and analysis it is found that intensive land use potential in the park mainly focuses on the potential for expansion and strength potential. The exploration of potential of intensive land use need to start from the optimization of land use structure, investment increase and improvement of output efficiency.
