以丙烯酰氯和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,合成了聚乙二醇大分子单体,用过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法制备聚乙二醇交联凝胶。探讨了单体分子量、温度、交联剂等因素对PEG凝胶溶胀性能的影响,结果表明:当温度为45℃,单体分子量为20000,交联剂浓度为0.2 wt%时,凝胶的溶胀程度最大。此外,差式扫描量热仪( DSC)的结果显示,聚乙二醇在交联网络中不能结晶。

PEG macromonomer was synthesized with PEG and acryloylchloride .The PEG hydrogel was prepared by solution polymerization, and Ammonium persulfateas acts as a initiator agent, and N, N methylene biacrylamideas acts as a crosslinking agent.The effects of temperature,PEG’s molecular weight and the content of crosslinking agent on the degree of swelling of polymer networks were studied .The results showed that the degree of swelling of polymer networks was highest with the experimental conditions of the temperature of 45℃, molecular weight of 20000 and content of crosslinking agent of 0.2wt%.In addition,the DSC results indicated that PEG could not be crystallized in the crosslinked networks .
