对赤霞珠葡萄进行不同方式疏穗,研究其对葡萄果实发育与基本品质的影响。结果表明:疏穗能够提高葡萄果实的pH值、总酚、单宁和花色苷含量,降低含酸量,影响果粒质量。疏上穗能显著增加pH和总酚含量,降低总酸和可溶性固形物含量,减轻果粒质量。疏下穗处理的葡萄果粒明显比其它处理的葡萄果粒小,单宁、总花色苷和五种单体花色苷含量高。

대적하주포도진행불동방식소수,연구기대포도과실발육여기본품질적영향。결과표명:소수능구제고포도과실적pH치、총분、단저화화색감함량,강저함산량,영향과립질량。소상수능현저증가pH화총분함량,강저총산화가용성고형물함량,감경과립질량。소하수처리적포도과립명현비기타처리적포도과립소,단저、총화색감화오충단체화색감함량고。
Different cluster-thinning methods on grape were used to study the effects of the methods on the growth and quality of wine grape.The results showed that cluster-thinning could increase grape pH,and content of total polyphenol,tannin and anthocyanin,decrease the content of titratable acid,no effect on single berry’s weight;Method of cut top cluster can increase grape pH and total polyphenol significantly,decrease the content of titratable acid,soluble solids and single berry’s weight;Grape has smallest size through method of cut below cluster,higher content of tannin and anthocyanin more than other grape berries.
